668 million drams will be confiscated from former NA deputies Artur Gevorgyan and Anna Gasparyan in favor of Armenia

By the decision of the Anti-Corruption Court, it is planned to confiscate 668,194,872 drams as property of illegal origin in favor of Armenia from the former head of Davtashen community, former deputy of the National Assembly from 2012 to 2019 Artur Gevorgyan, and his related person, Anna Vladimirovna Gasparyan.

The Anti-Corruption Court, presided over by Judge Karapet Badalyan, ruled in the case of the request for confiscation of property of illegal origin:

To recover 654,894,872 drams from Artur Samvel Gevorgyan in favor of Armenia, and at the same time, to recover 13,300,000 drams from Artur Samvel Gevorgyan and Anna Vladimirovna Gasparyan, jointly and severally, in favor of Armenia.

If the verdict is not appealed to the Anti-Corruption Court of Appeal, it enters into legal force within one month from the date of publication.

In case of voluntary non-compliance with the judgment, it will be enforced through the Judicial Acts Enforcement Service at the debtor's expense.
