A 33-year-old man from Lusadzor who went to collect Cindrik fell victim to a bear. Journalist Oskan Sargsyan wrote about this on his Facebook page.

"Two days ago, on April 6, a resident of the village, born in 1990, was buried in Lusadzor village of Ijevan community. On April 4, a resident of Lusadzor, who was in the military service and engaged in construction and agriculture after his discharge, went to the forest of Acharkut village with his fellow villagers to collect syndrik. The harvesters of Sindrik were separated in the forest, in the evening Lusadzortsi did not show up at the agreed place in the forest. His tortured body was found by the search of fellow villagers. The rangers say that there is a bear with her cubs in that part of the forest. The victim of the bear was the father of two minor children from Lusadzor," he said.
