A 64-year-old resident of the city of Perm, Russia, blew up a big firecracker in the toilet of the polling station. According to the Baza telegram channel, the woman's arm was seriously damaged.
It is noted that 50 people were evacuated from the building. Eyewitnesses say that he was talking to someone on the phone before the explosion.
"A visitor lit a firecracker in the Palace of Culture of Soldatov. As a result of the fire, the woman was injured in her hand. The victim was hospitalized. Now he is receiving the necessary medical care," the Ministry of Territorial Security of the Perm Territory told the Properm.ru portal.
