"On 30.12.2024, an expanded meeting of the Party's founding initiative group was held with the following agenda:

1. The issue of the party's name,

2. The issue of preparing drafts of the Party's Charter and Program,

3. The issue of holding the Constituent Assembly.

Decided

1. To name the party the "United National Constitutional Party" (UNCP),

2. Complete the preparation of the drafts of the Party's Charter and Program by 16.01.2025,

3. The founding congress of the party will be convened on February 8, 2025, at 10 a.m., in the <<Tigran Mets>> hall of the <<ARMENIA MARRIOTT>> hotel, building 1, Amiryan Street, Yerevan,” the statement reads.
