An employee of Artsakh NSS killed his neighbor in "Mobile Center" and then committed suicide

Today, on April 3, a mysterious incident took place in Tavush region. At around 11:30, the police of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs received information that shots were fired at 48/5 Maksim Gorki street in Dilijan, and there were casualties. As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan reports, the scene of the incident, which is the "Mobile Center" mobile phone and accessories store, was demarcated by the patrols. The police found a man's body inside, with a "Makarov" pistol next to it. Several citizens gathered at the scene, who refused to speak on camera, said: "The deceased girl worked at the mentioned "Mobile Centre", and when she was inside, her sister's husband, who is a citizen of the Republic of Artsakh and was an employee of the Artsakh National Security Service, approached her and accused her of destroying her family, then his shot him in the head with a nearby "Makarov" pistol, after which he committed suicide."
