On September 17, 2023, Anna Hakobyan flew to Dagestan, to the city of Makhachkala, via domestic Russian airlines, as evidenced by this screenshot. to the seaport and board a ship, where on September 19, in the azure waters of the Caspian Sea (on the maritime border of Russia and Azerbaijan), Anna Hakobyan and Mehriban Aliyeva met.
