Mediahub published a video in which it is clearly seen that the Lexus LX 500 luxury SUV serving Anna Hakobyan has tinted front windows, while the front windows of the car serving Anna Hakobyan's husband, Nikol Pashinyan, are transparent. Therefore, we sent a request to the Ministry of Internal Affairs to find out if they are going to take any steps after the publication of the video, for example, to fine Anna Hakobyan or her driver and tear down the tapes posted in violation of the law. This is what the Ministry of Internal Affairs answered us. "On the basis of the video published by you, it is not possible to carry out administration and issue an administrative act, because for the violation of the amount of transparency of the windows of the vehicle, Article 123, 4 of the RA Code on Administrative Offenses and 17- of the RA Law "On Ensuring Road Traffic Safety" In accordance with the 8th part of the article, administrative responsibility can be applied only as a result of detecting the violation while driving and measuring the transparency of the glasses with the appropriate calibrated device. Taking into account that the detection of cases of driving with a violation of the amount of transparency of the glass of a vehicle is under the daily attention of the police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in case of finding a vehicle with such a violation while driving, administrative intervention measures provided by the law are taken and will continue to be taken .
In fact, the Ministry of Internal Affairs still needs to find Anna Hakobyan's car, and then use a special device to measure the transparency of the windows, after which it will surely fine the princely lady who declared herself the "first lady".
