Armenia and Iran are discussing the technical issues of the construction of the second bridge over the Araks, the press service of the RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure reported in response to Sputnik Armenia's inquiry.

"Technical issues regarding the construction of the second bridge on the Araks River between Armenia and Iran are under discussion," the department specifically informed.
