"Hraparak" writes: The authorities have found a way to continue the activities of NGOs deprived of grants from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID): a decision has been made that they should be financed not from state funds, but from the money of oligarchs close to the government.

According to our sources, about a dozen oligarchs in the upper echelons of power have already been informed that they are obliged to finance the Western agency network so that they do not need money and continue to defend Pashinyan's government on all airwaves, without giving each other a second chance.
