Today, on March 24, Stepan Hovakimyan is one of the citizens who tried to enter the police building, armed with a grenade, in the Nor Nork department of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs.
It is stated on his Facebook page that he lives in Abovyan, and from the Facebook feed it is obvious that he at least sympathizes with the National People's Pole.
In recent days, he published videos twice, expressing his displeasure with the authorities' decision to hand over 4 villages in Tavush to Azerbaijan.
The last time, Stepan Hovakimyan published a video right before the information about the invasion of the Police Station, in which he called on the people to stand up, not to allow the authorities to hand over the villages, and emphasized that the "fighting boys" who stand up are arrested.

Let's remind that Hovakimyan and two other persons, whose identity is not known yet, tried to break into the administrative building of the Nor Nork department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Police today at around 17:00, used a grenade, as a result of which 2 of the intruders were injured and taken to a medical facility. Their condition is assessed as moderate. The police forces surrounded the building of the Nor Nork department and for about 2 hours, under the leadership of police chief Aram Hovhannisyan, they negotiated with Stepan Hovhannisyan, who was standing at the entrance of the department with a grenade in his hand, trying to neutralize him. Finally, the special forces of the National Security Service neutralized the man armed with a grenade.
Regarding the incident, the Investigative Committee initiated a case under the article of terrorism. For now, the law enforcement officials do not officially announce what specific demands were made by those who attempted the invasion.
