"Fact". 170 million drams for the needs of forcibly displaced Artsakh residents

"Fact" daily writes: "Our compatriots from Artsakh who were forcibly displaced have many problems, the role of not only the state, but also various organizations and individuals to support them is essential in solving them. We had the opportunity to mention that from the very first day of forced displacement in Goris, the Zangezur copper-molybdenum combine was by their side, supporting the people of Artsakh with food and necessary supplies.

After that, in the second stage, the ZMPK carried out an assessment of the needs of the Artsakh citizens located in the enlarged communities of Kapan, Kajaran, and Meghri, in cooperation with the administrations of these communities. In the third stage, with the active involvement of the employees of the ZPMK charitable foundation, targeted assistance was provided. According to our information, we are talking about support of around 170 million drams.

In particular, about 150 appliances and furniture were provided, as they say, address by address. The support program in Kapan and Meghri continues. As for the enlarged Kajaran community, it is true that the project here has ended, but the other day, according to our information, the municipality appealed to the ZPMC, stating that the community needs water heaters in particular. And here, the other day, ZPMK satisfied that request and provided property and equipment to Artsakh citizens located in Kajaran and surrounding settlements."
