"Fact". Nikol Pashinyan's shameful failure. he has an all-time low
"Fact" daily writes: "Yesterday, the results of a regular survey conducted by the "GALLUP International Association" in Armenia were published, which "draw" quite an interesting picture. In particular, it should be noted that Nikol Pashinyan has historically the lowest rating in terms of the evaluation of Armenian citizens. Only 8 percent of respondents evaluated his work "completely positively", and 47.1 percent - "generally negative".
If we add to this that about 20 percent of the respondents gave a "rather negative" assessment, the picture will become clearer. For comparison, let's note that in the same period last year, 31.3 percent of the respondents evaluated Nikol Pashinyan's work as "generally negative", and 16.2 percent as "completely positive". Citizens were asked the question, "Would the current RA authorities be able to sign a peace agreement with Azerbaijan on acceptable terms that are in the interest of RA?" Here is also a shameful picture. 67 percent gave a negative answer, and only 8.7 percent answered positively. One of the most important topics these days is related to Nikol Pashinyan's willingness to hand over the four settlements of Tavush region to Azerbaijan.
79.7 percent of the survey participants did not consider this approach acceptable at all, and another 7.8 percent considered it "rather unacceptable". In other words, although Nikol Pashinyan used to issue threats and threaten war on behalf of Aliyev, 87.5 percent of our citizens are radically against Nikol Pashinyan's capitulation policy. By the way, let's note here in parentheses that yesterday Aliyev, in a conversation with the US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, considered the accusations that his country is going to attack Armenia absolutely groundless. Of course, one has to be extremely naive to believe Aliyev's words, but the circumstance of Pashinyan's "selling of fear" and, in contrast to it, the clear position of our society are noteworthy here.
Let's also remind that although Nikol Pashinyan announced that he would go, talk to people, explain the situation, moreover, he even visited Tavush, however, despite the specially selected team for the hall meeting, he received a very bad reception. His visit was preceded by actions in Voskepar and Baghanis led by members of the Hayakve initiative, Avetik Chalabyan, then representatives and individuals of the parliamentary opposition and other forces visited the region. After Pashinyan's announcement and these visits, these border villages have become centers of unique resistance."
