168.am writes : On November 23-30, the official delegation led by Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan was sent to the city of Los Angeles in the United States of America.

For this purpose, on November 22, the Municipality of Yerevan signed a contract for the purchase of services with "Luxury Voyage" LLC. The price of the contract was 12 million 465,000 drams.

Within the scope of the amount, according to the contract made public in the electronic system of state procurement, 9 tickets were purchased for Yerevan-Doha-Los Angeles-Doha-Yerevan, of which 8 were economy class and 1 was business. In the case of 7 out of 8 economy class tickets, the cost of 1 ticket was calculated at 585,000 AMD, the 1st at 720,000 AMD, and the cost of a business class ticket at 7,650,000 AMD.

Earlier we informed that Tigran Avinyan, the district head of Kentron and a group of other officials will go to Los Angeles.

168.am previously referred to the company that provided the services, "Luxury Voyage", in a separate publication, noting that the activity of this company, registered in 2012, has been noticeable in state purchases since 2023.

According to the declaration on the beneficial owners, 100 percent of the LLC shares belong to Liana Davidyan since 2015, the director is her sister Anna Davidyan.

According to the armeps system, from 2023 to November 2024 inclusive, 10 contracts were signed with the LLC, 7 of which were non-competitive one-to-one procurement, 2 were grant-based, and only 1 was through an electronic auction procedure.

The main contracting state agency is Yerevan Municipality with 7 contracts, 2 contracts were signed by the Ministry of Economy, and 1 more by the Prime Minister's staff.
