Grandma Leyla, who became famous during the change of power, has passed away
Sona Aghekyan, a member of the "Mother Armenia" alliance, wrote on her Facebook page:
"In 2018, by deceiving many, they were able to awaken a glimpse of justice among the people and, by meanly using it, they assumed power and drove the very same people they had used to despair, hopelessness, and extreme poverty."
Today I heard with sadness that Grandma Leyla, a symbol of the revolution, has passed away. May God grant peace to her troubled and troubled soul.
At the Barekamutyan metro station, we met Grandma Leyla, who was upset, fully aware that she had been used and humiliated, and that the velvet "revolutionaries" were not even paying her the pension she was entitled to."
