According to "Armenpress", within the framework of the question and answer published on the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Health, referring to the drugs prescribed by electronic prescription, the department stated that it is about the following drugs, given free of charge or on preferential terms, with a systemic effect (for internal administration: pill, syrup, capsule, etc., as well as injection dosage forms) anti-infectious - antibacterial, antifungal, anti-mycobacterial, antiviral drugs, immune sera and immunoglobulins, vaccines, as well as hormonal and misoprostol-containing drugs.

As for the purchase of medicine prescribed by electronic prescription, according to the Ministry, any pharmacy must be connected to the "Armed" system and have the opportunity to sell all types of prescription drugs. Citizens can approach any pharmacy, present any identity document: passport, identification card or public service number (social card).

The pharmacy employee, entering the system, sees the electronic prescription written by the doctor, the name of the medicine, the quantity, and leaves it out of the system. A citizen, based on his financial resources, can also partially purchase the necessary amount for the entire course of treatment. Referring to the question of obtaining a prescription in case of need during working hours, the Ministry of Health informed that this decision does not limit the purchase of drugs that are necessary for urgent or symptomatic treatment. are for In other words, the drugs that are prescribed by electronic prescription are the drugs that are prescribed exclusively after the diagnosis and the necessary research. For example, in the case of bronchitis or tonsillitis, antibiotics are prescribed only after the research, when the doctor is sure that the given diagnosis is bacterial, not viral, and prescribes an antibiotic.

In case of power or Internet failure in pharmacies, dispensing of medicines will be done temporarily in paper form. After solving the technical problem, it is entered into the system within the same day after its availability is restored. In addition, the availability of alternative power sources is also necessary for the storage of drugs, provision of a special thermal regime, as well as the provision of tax receipts in the pharmacy, so the pharmacy must be provided with electricity to carry out its activities.
