During the gathering in the yard of St. Anna Church, Bishop Bagrat highlighted the advice of the day: Today is the day of adoption of the country's mother law, the Constitution.

"I congratulate people who have a homeland, people who carry the state on their shoulders, people who carry the vision of the state, people who create and build the state. We express our respect to all our martyred heroes, who testified and documented our right to exist with their lives.

Today is the day of approval and proclamation of our Constitution and the day of our symbols, the day of our flag, anthem, coat of arms, that is, the day of the image of the Armenian man.

We, as Armenians, scattered in all corners of the world, are called to rank highly among all our sanctities, to hold all these symbols above our heads and lives," said Bagrat Srbazan.
