If you want the captives to return, let's not "touch too much" on that topic.
Speaking to reporters at the National Assembly, NA Speaker Alen Simonyan said:
“Experience shows that this topic continues and is a priority for us.
"If we take visible steps, it is possible that the captives will never return. If they blame us, then how did 150 captives become 23," he noted.
"There is no person among the prisoners of war in Baku who is undesirable for the Armenian authorities; Armenia is interested in the return of all of them," Simonyan emphasized.
