The enforcement service informs that citizens can make payments through the "Private Office", "Investigations" platforms, payment terminals, banks on the official website of the Civil Service Agency cesa.am , and for additional questions or to make a payment on the spot, they can visit the service's citizen service. office.

At the stage of enforcement, the payment systems will already reflect the amount of 50 percent of the fine and the remaining amount of the penalty for each enforcement proceeding, except for those administrative offenses to which the regulations of the above law do not apply.

In case of paying 50 percent of the fine, the enforcement cost will be calculated for the remaining amount in accordance with the procedure established by Part 2 of Article 67 of the RA Law "On Enforced Execution of Judicial Acts" up to 10,000 drams in the amount of 50 percent of the remaining amount, in the case of 10,000-100,000 drams, 5,000 drams. , and above AMD 100,000 - 5 percent of the remaining amount.
