“Secretary Blinken welcomed recent progress between the parties, including agreement on border demarcation rules. Secretary of State Blinken and Prime Minister Pashinyan discussed expanding relations between the United States and Armenia, including cooperation in the fields of energy, trade and investment, as well as education. The Secretary of State reaffirmed the United States' commitment to continued efforts to support a prosperous, democratic, and independent Armenia that will benefit the people of Armenia and the entire Caucasus region," the US State Department said in a statement.
