It is obvious that it was not in the interests of the Azerbaijani government when we recorded and continue to record evidence of torture, murders and other war crimes, when we recorded the degree of hatred and racism sponsored by the government against Armenians.

Peace between peoples is an absolute value, but we are sure that real peace is possible only when racism and hatred under the auspices of the government is eradicated, when Armenian murder receives a real punishment, instead of being highly encouraged by the officials of Azerbaijan."
