It is snowing in a number of regions

The rescue service informs that there are closed and impassable highways in the RA territory.

The highways leading from the "Amberd" high mountain meteorological station to Amberd Castle and Kari Lake in Aragatsotn Marz are closed.

Vardenyats mountain pass (blizzard, snow) and Dilijan bends are closed for trucks with couplings, difficult to pass for other types of vehicles.

The section leading from the Jermuk intersection to Saravan-"Zanger" is closed for trucks.

In Syunik and Shirak marzes, in the cities of Hrazdan, Tsaghkadzor, Charentsavan, Abovyan, Gavar, Sevan, Chambarak, Martuni, Aparan, Talin, Dilijan, Vanadzor, Spitak, Stepanavan, in the villages of Aragats, Tigranashen, Lanjar and in the area called Saravan-"Zanger" snow.

It is foggy in the high areas of Syunik.

According to the information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Crisis Management Center of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs of North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is closed for all types of vehicles.

Drivers are advised to drive exclusively with winter tires.
