It works for 744 hours without recharging and costs $96. Blackview introduced Oscal Modern 8 smartphone

The Chinese smartphone manufacturer Blackview introduced the budget Oscal Modern 8 model based on the Unisoc T616 SoC, which can work for a long time without recharging thanks to a powerful battery and costs only $96.

The smartphone received a 6000 mAh battery with support for 18 W fast charging. This allows the smartphone to be used for up to 8 hours of gaming and up to 744 hours of standby time on a single charge.

The new Oscal Modern 8 runs DokeOS 4.0 software based on Android 13 operating system. It has a 6.75-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels. The maximum brightness of the screen can reach 450 cd/m2, and the refresh rate of the screen is 90 Hz.

The smartphone is equipped with a 50 MP Samsung ISOCELL JN1 rear camera and an 8 MP Samsung ISOCELL 4H7 front camera.

The Oscal Modern 8 lacks NFC and 5G support and comes in three color options: Ash Grey, Ripple Blue and Wisteria Purple.

The 8/128 GB version of RAM and built-in memory is offered for $93, and the version with 256 GB of built-in memory costs $108.
