Netanyahu-Rubio meeting begins in Jerusalem

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has arrived in Israel. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu received the Secretary of State at his office in Jerusalem. The individual meeting will be followed by an expanded meeting, timesofisrael.com reported.
This is Rubio's first trip to the Middle East as US Secretary of State. During the visit, he is expected to focus on the launch of the second round of talks between Israel and Hamas under the framework of a ceasefire and prisoner exchange agreement.
