Pashinyan has changed his mind: "Hraparak"

“Hraparak” writes: In a few days, on February 21, the elections for the regional council of the Communist Party of Armenia will be held in Kapan. Although Nikol Pashinyan, who, after his visit in June last year, personally ordered the dissolution of the structure and the formation of a new council, had promised to personally be present and monitor the intra-party elections, we learned from our sources in the Communist Party that Pashinyan has changed his mind and will not leave for Syunik, as he has heard that some Communist Party members continue to form the party council in the same style, with falsifications and instructions. Our sources in the Communist Party do not rule out that after the elections, when he visits Kapan on March 27 to participate in the “Artavazd” award ceremony, and after getting to know the situation closely, he will dissolve the structure again.
