The editorial office of "Zhoghovurd" daily newspaper receives many alerts from citizens that there are no places for accepting applications and changing passports in Yerevan's passport offices, where there is a queuing system.

It turns out that the newly introduced electronic system did not justify itself.

Marz passport offices become an alternative for vacationers who are hopelessly waiting for their turn in Yerevan, but here the problem is different. electronic queuing systems do not operate in marzes. In addition to this, the issue of connecting passports has caused a big problem, for example, the connection of the Charentsavan passport to the Hrazdan city passport.

Unfortunately, the number of daily registrations at a passport point is 50, after 50 places, citizens have no hope of joining the queue.

One of the citizens said in a conversation with "Zhoghovurd" daily. "... there is ugliness on the page, enter any passport in Abovyan, Hrazdan, Yerevan, it is ugliness. It's a terrible situation, instead of fixing the eye, they removed the eyebrow."

It turns out that this is another area in which the reforms did not produce results.
