"Publication". Aliyev rejected Pashinyan

"Hraparak" newspaper writes: "Yesterday, Aliyev essentially rejected Pashinyan's proposal to sign the agreed articles of the peace agreement, leaving the discussion of others to the future. Bayramov advised the Armenian side to approach the issue more seriously. "Armenia left out several important points from the draft peace agreement. In the near future, we will present to Armenia the option that is based on international law and corresponds to our national interests."

Pashinyan said that Yerevan and Baku have agreed on 13 out of 17 articles, and he proposes to sign them in that form. He did not disclose the content of that 13 article and what the parties could not agree on. The head of the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan also did not reveal the secret, but insisted on their demand to change the Constitution of Armenia and talked about the demilitarization of Armenia."
