His close friend, Narek Zeynalyan, chairman of the National Health Commission, wrote to the management of YSU, asking for a discount on the tuition fee. The medical university also came, and the high-income MP Lulu studied at the university for free for almost a year, probably as a representative of the disadvantaged class or a war veteran.

Such a fact is called corruption in all civilized countries and proceedings are initiated for it, which should be done by the Corruption Prevention Commission. Our news was confirmed by YSU. "Each year, a certain number of people are given certain privileges with the aim of promoting the development of the health sector. Taking into account the fact that Lusine Badalyan is active in the Standing Committee on Health and Social Affairs and participates in the development of laws in the health sector, and based on the letter of the said committee, Lusine Badalyan was given a certain privilege 3 years ago in the form of tuition reimbursement."
