"Hraparak" newspaper writes: "Minister of Internal Affairs Vahe Ghazaryan will visit Kapan today with a large procession, accompanied by deputies and other high-ranking officials. "In Kapan, RA Minister of Internal Affairs Vahe Ghazaryan will meet with citizens," the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.

Although the system assures that regional meetings with citizens are not new, and the head of the police regularly holds such meetings, we did not find in open sources that Vahe Ghazaryan ever had such a meeting.

After the change of power, Valery Ospiyan was a lover of contacts with citizens, after every meeting, the thought that the issues that concerned the citizens were "mainly related to the crimes committed in the past and the actions of police officers" was stretched like a red thread in the messages.

Our sources in the region do not rule out that Pashinyan instructed Vahe Ghazaryan to collect documents against Parsyan and other community heads, to start a witch hunt by naming citizens' complaints.
