"Hraparak" newspaper writes: "The authorities are organizing a new provocation against the church, the organizer of which is priest Sahak Galstyan, a clergyman who is prominent in the views of the authorities.

On September 14, they intend to organize a rally in Etchmiatsin demanding the overthrow of Garegin B. There is no doubt that the idea of organizing the rally actually belongs to the authorities, because in September the Holy Movement first announced the activation, and according to the political authorities, the actions of Bagrat Saint are being coordinated by the All-Armenian Patriarch.

And secondly: the solemn ceremony of the re-consecration of the church is planned, and it is possible that with these protest actions they will try to generate sentiments against the church in order to legitimize their non-participation in that ceremony as well."
