"Hraparak" newspaper writes: "The KP faction is discussing "current problems in the field of electric energy supply and ways of solving them" in the National Assembly today. Minister of Territorial Administration Gnel Sanosyan, Chairman of the Public Services Regulatory Commission Garegin Baghramyan were invited. About 10 days ago, the CP summoned them again to the National Assembly for discussion in the Vahe Ghalumyan committee in a closed format.

We wrote that the government is discussing the issue of taking HEC from the Russian citizen Samvel Karapetyan from the "Tashir Group". Recently frequent blackouts and anti-Russian sentiments contribute to this process. First, at the meeting of the CP initiative group, they raised the issue of why a Russian citizen should manage RA electronic networks, have a monopoly, then they invited Baghramyan and Sanosyan. Baghramyan presented arguments, after which it seems that the matter should have been closed.

He said that there is a need to support the state and subsidize the HEP in order to be able to change the worn out infrastructures.

However, in fact, the government has decided to go all the way. even now they have organized an open discussion to take away the HEC from the owner, and they are doing it through the legislative body.
