"Publication". Will Baku and Yerevan establish diplomatic relations?

"Hraparak" newspaper writes: "The authorities that make big promises about the era of peace after 2020 regularly repeat that the signing of the peace treaty is close, but official Baku does not intend to sign such a document that will limit its territorial and other ambitions and demands towards Armenia.

After receiving the "Zangezur Corridor" with the patronage of the West in the coming months, Aliyev will try to impose on Armenia a so-called intermediate document on the agreement of certain principles of contacts between the two countries, which will imply the establishment of diplomatic relations.

This is being actively spread on Azerbaijani platforms, specifying that Armenia and Azerbaijan may initially have an embassy in Tbilisi, where they will discuss and reach an agreement on the principles. However, judging from the Armenian-Azerbaijani relations, we can say that Azerbaijan will do everything to impose all its demands on Yerevan, in the name of principles, tete a tete, without mediators."
