There is a historical answer to Yerevan's doubts about the sincerity of Russia's intentions in relations with Armenia. Russia has repeatedly come to the aid, defended and made efforts to stop the bloodshed, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, told RIA.

"If anyone in Armenia has questions about the sincerity of our thoughts, I think there is a historical answer to that, it is the number of our guys who defended Armenia, and the efforts of the Russian leadership and the Russian President Vladimir Putin himself, which he invested in order to repeatedly stop the bloodshed in this region," Zakharova said.
