"SQUARE". LIFE: OCCUPIED IN STEPANAKERT. SHOPS HAVE OPENED, WELCOME GUESTS

About 500 Azerbaijanis live in occupied Stepanakert, mostly military personnel, city garbage collectors, construction workers, policemen who monitor the cleanliness of the city, because Aliyev has started to often take delegations to Stepanakert, organize tours, etc. Our compatriots who remained in Artsakh say that 70 apartments are being arranged in the city at the moment so that some Azerbaijani families can move into their "own homes".

A shop has already been opened in Stepanakert, petrol filling stations have been installed. 1 liter of gasoline is sold twice as cheap as Armenian prices, with Azerbaijani manat equivalent to 190-200 drams. The Red Cross provides an amount equivalent to 200 dollars per month to each of the Artsakh residents remaining in Stepanakert to cover their needs. Let's remind that only 17-20 Artsakh citizens remained in Stepanakert. In the capital of Artsakh, there is a problem with Internet connection recently, and they have difficulty contacting their relatives in Armenia.
