According to the information of "Hraparak" , a few days ago, the baptism ceremony of the children of Suren Papikyan's brother Arthur Papikyan took place in one of the expensive restaurants of Gyumri, "Victoria Hall".

Artur Papikyan was the deputy mayor of Gyumri, who is a member of the council of elders after canceling the coalition memorandum.
