The arrest of Narek and Vazgen is an act of scaring the public. Vahe Hovhannisyan

Vahe Hovhannisyan, a member of the "Alternative Projects" group, wrote:

"Terrorism is condemnable as a phenomenon, and it is never measured by the number of victims or wounded. All of us were shaking with what happened in Moscow since late yesterday evening, and in the afternoon we had the same feeling when watching the footage of the arrest of Narek Samsonyan and Vazgen Saghatelyan. From the point of view of human perception, it was a terrorist act. The purpose of terrorism is to instill fear within society. The arrest and subsequent detention of Narek and Vazgen is an act of terrorizing the public, which these authorities are carrying out in view of the other "disobedients".

The civilized world has a well-known formula for countering terrorism: do not be afraid and unite. That's the atmosphere in Armenia now."
