The criminal case against former Artsakh State Minister Ruben Vardanyan has been sent to court, a joint statement from the Azerbaijani Prosecutor's Office and the State Security Service said.
It is noted that Ruben Vardanyan is accused of waging war, terrorism, torture, and other serious crimes.
