Russian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers Sergei Lavrov and Jeyhun Bayramov discussed the developments related to the crash of a passenger plane by phone, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported.

The foreign ministers of both countries stressed the need to determine all the causes of the plane crash.
