The missing 270 kg of cocaine and the criminal case dusting on the shelves: "Zhoghovurd"

The “Zhoghovurd” daily writes: “The “Zhoghovurd” daily found out from official sources that the 24 months of criminal prosecution against the defendants in the 1 ton cocaine case will expire in May. The preliminary investigation body, after the expiration of 30 months, must make a decision: either the criminal prosecution against the defendants in the cocaine case should be terminated, or the case should be sent to court.
That is to say, the preliminary investigation body is at a dead end: it is impossible to fully uncover the case, and for a long time, law enforcement officers have not even "troubled" the defendants involved in the case.
And as Committee Chairman Artur Poghosyan said, the significant amount of cocaine discovered is "in place," being stored at the National Security Service.
It should be noted that those arrested in this case were employees of a company owned by former NA deputy Mihran Poghosyan, one of whom is a woman.
It should be recalled that the NSS had announced the initiation of public criminal prosecution under the relevant articles of the RA Criminal Code against the actual owner of "Mrgeni" LLC, Mihran Poghosyan, the director of the same company L.A., and the warehouseman S.G., for the illegal sale of a particularly large amount of narcotics, in particular, 1 ton of cocaine, as part of a group, with prior consent, and for smuggling a particularly large amount of narcotics. Arrest was chosen as a preventive measure against the latter, but the term of house arrest for those arrested in the criminal case had expired, and all those arrested in the high-profile case had been released. A search warrant was issued for the former deputy.
By the way, a year after this discovery, the former head of the Compulsory Enforcement Service, Mihran Poghosyan, announced that the cocaine was more than 1 ton, but the documents indicated 730 kg. In that case, what happened to the 270 kg? According to the former MP, his employees checked it, but later the aforementioned 270 kg was not mentioned anywhere. It disappeared.
