Samvel Vardanyan was arrested on the charge of hooliganism for starting an argument with Hakob Aslanyan, deputy of the "Civil Agreement" faction in public transportation. This was announced today, April 15, by Narek Sargsyan, spokesperson of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Earlier, we reported that the video of the incident related to Hakob Aslanyan, deputy of the "Civil Agreement" faction, was spread on the Internet.

One of the citizens, noticing that Aslanyan was traveling by bus, filmed him and said: "Are you approaching people?" When Aslanyan pushes and says "sheep, let me get off" to allow them to get off the bus, the citizen says: "Don't hit it, you bastard!"

NA Speaker Alen Simonyan commented on the video on his Telegram channel, stating: "Today, a nonentity committed a hooligan act against 69-year-old RA NA deputy Hakob Aslanyan, who, by the way, was a participant in 3 wars.

This hooligan act will very quickly receive the strictest reaction of the law, let no one suddenly suspect."
