The public space and land plot located at 25/2 Admiral Isakov Street have been returned to the state. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote about this on his Facebook page.

"By court decision (conciliation agreement), the state was returned a public area of 34.76 square meters and a residential land plot of 2.1 hectares, located at 25/2 Admiral Isakov Street in Yerevan, with an estimated value of 3.8 billion drams," he wrote.
