"Yerevan-November interstate road was blocked again by the residents of the village, because yesterday, when we paralyzed the Kirantsi section, the police chief, the governor and other officials came and promised that they would solve this issue on Monday evening or at least express a position, but this morning they started to Kirantsi demining works in the adjacent areas by the Ministry of Defense and a little while ago the police approached me, while talking they said that there was a misunderstanding, the employees of the Ministry of Defense were not aware of our agreement.

Naturally, this is another fake, and they are trying to simply gain time or put the process to sleep, which somehow they will not succeed.
