There is a big conflict in "Alashkert". "Hraparak"
"Hraparak" writes: The relations between the founder-owner of the "Alashkert" football club, member of the Armenian Football Federation Executive Committee Bagrat Navoyan, and the head coach of "Alashkert" Abraham Khashmanyan have once again become strained. According to our information, the club's founder fired Khashmanyan from his job a few days ago.
"They have a signed contract, and a serious, professional contract with high figures. The contract is signed until May. Now Khashmanyan has been fired," our source said. Khashmanyan has challenged the decision to fire him in court.
His lawyer, Alexander Sirunyan, confirmed our information, noting that his client was first given a "reprimand" and then a "severe reprimand" in December, and was fired a few days ago.
According to the lawyer, the dismissal is illegal, since a contract has been signed, and the other party has cited as the reason for the dismissal that Khashmanyan did not go to the January training sessions. Sirunyan, in response to this justification, responds: what training sessions in January? The lawsuit challenging the dismissal is in court.
It should be noted that this is not the first time the coach has been dismissed from the club. Back in 2016, he resigned after the Armenian Cup quarter-final match between Pyunik and Alashkert (1:0). Having lost that match, Alashkert was eliminated from the cup competition, which angered Navoyan, and he expressed his lack of confidence in the coaching staff. But after that, Navoyan convinced and brought Khashmanyan back to the club.
