"They announced that I have to pay an additional 400 drams for the 2nd receipt." Yeganyan

Artsakh journalist Marat Yeganyan shared a photo on his Facebook page, writing: "Before, when sending a letter with Haypost, it was possible to get 2 free coupons for one letter. This was done due to the fact that in official (especially judicial) correspondence there is almost always a need to send one receipt as evidence and keep the other one. However, the last time I used the postal service, they gave me only one receipt and told me that I would have to pay an additional 400 drams to get the second receipt, which was more than the cost of the letter sent. After hearing that, of course I had to agree, but instead of the 400 drams paid for receiving the second receipt, I demanded that they issue a receipt. Dear people, this is the 400 dram receipt paid for receiving the second receipt, or in short, it is the receipt of the receipt."
