"The goal is to stand up like in the 90s, unite and try to solve this issue with the army. This is not only the village of the Golden Parts, this could be a new Sardarapat. It is already a question of whether or not we should be, we solve it this way, we are able to do this, this is how we solve it. If these territories were given, they will come and sit at the head of the village and, to put it mildly, they will not give rest to the residents. It is better not to allow it at the time, than to think about how to do it later. There is a high probability that in this way the Golden Ball will be empty," he said.

According to the head of the school, the population of the village is against giving territories. "Weren't Artsakh and Shurnukh a lesson for us?"

Referring to the meeting with Nikol Pashinyan, he mentioned: "He will not listen to us, he will do as he sees fit. It turns out that all of Tavush comes out wrong, he is right. He says: we must give, but not demand, even if we give, the Turk will not give ours. It was an impression that he came to frighten us and fulfill the whims of Azerbaijan."

Let us remind you that on March 18, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had a meeting with the residents of Voskepar, Baghanis, and Voskevan at the Voskepar Culture House. The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, Governor of Tavush Marz Hayk Ghalumyan, head of Noyemberyan large community Arsen Aghababyan, administrative heads of Voskevan, Voskepar, Baghanis. At the meeting, Pashinyan proposed to hand over 4 villages under the control of Armenia since the 90s to Azerbaijan. The suggestion caused dissatisfaction of the people of Zlatypar, as a matter of fact, they did not come to a common denominator. The residents have stated that they will resort to self-defense in the event of a decision to give territories to Azerbaijan, and Pashinyan warned of a possible war in that case.
