The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, avoiding commenting on the process aimed at ensuring the right of return of Artsakh residents, noted that they did everything so that the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh could stay in Nagorno-Karabakh.

Tigran Abrahamyan, secretary of the NA "I have honor" faction, wrote about this on his Facebook page.

"The latter stated that they did everything to prevent depopulation, and the political elite, unlike them, changed the government in Nagorno-Karabakh and handed over Artsakh.

You look at this low-quality and cheap speech - the worthless existence and inglorious behavior of a completely special functioning government.

Those who once shouted "Artsakh is Armenia and that's it", those who lost the war, surrendered the country, those who signed the capitulation document, those who left Artsakh alone to the blockade and attack and in the end declared Artsakh to be Azerbaijan, have come today and blame the people of Artsakh for the forced displacement from Artsakh.

People emigrated from Artsakh because of the 10-month heavy siege, unending attacks and the treacherous attitude of the RA authorities towards the people of Artsakh.

Who hasn't been in Artsakh at that moment, hasn't seen his child hungry, hasn't seen his friend injured/helpless, hasn't seen the entry of Azerbaijanis into peaceful settlements and, finally, has never driven through the "corridor of death" for 34 hours with his dead family member by his side, never cannot and does not have the moral right to evaluate the most difficult decision in the life of the people of Artsakh.

And these still have the face to enter the people and represent the state," Abrahamyan noted.
