Today is the sixth Advent Sunday of Great Lent

The sixth Sunday of Great Lent is called Advent. This Sunday is a reminder of the First Coming of Jesus Christ to humanity. The truth was confirmed that with the coming of the Savior, humanity was given the opportunity to be guided on the path of salvation.

This Sunday also has the Council of the Second Advent. There are many passages devoted to the Second Coming in the Gospels and the Epistles of the Apostles.

The Lord warns about the Second Coming and its signs: "Be careful, maybe someone will deceive you, because many will come in my name and say, 'I am the Christ.' and many will be led astray. You will hear sounds of wars and rumors of wars... Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famine, pestilence and earthquakes in places. However, all this is the beginning of both... And many false prophets will arise and will lead many astray. And because of the increase of iniquity, the love of many will dry up. But he who perseveres to the end will be saved" (Matt. 24:4-13).

The mystery of Advent Sunday is the call for patience, piety, and virtue, because with the crystallization of the soul and true faith, a person can wait for the Miraculous Advent of the Lord.
