Two earthquakes occurred in Georgia at once.
According to the Institute of Geosciences and the National Center for Seismic Monitoring, the first aftershock of magnitude 4.8 was recorded at 17:44 local time, and the second one of magnitude 4.0 at 17:50 local time.
The epicenter is in the west of Georgia, southeast of the city of Oni. The focus of the earthquake was located at a depth of 5 km.
