Ucom continues to support the spread of green energy in Armenian communities

As part of the cooperation of Ucom company and Arevordi NGO, another solar plant was installed, this time in Vanevan community.

The solar photovoltaic plant with an installed capacity of 9.9 KW will provide the infrastructure of the community with electricity.

Such a green solution will not only have a positive impact on Armenia's environment, but will also allow the community to save certain funds and direct them to solving other important problems.

"The environment is one of the most important values for us, and we are very happy to improve people's lives through green technologies. Ucom considers it its duty to improve the quality of life of its fellow citizens not only by providing high-quality services, but also thanks to such effective and useful collaborations," said Ucom CEO Ralph Yirikyan.

"This is already the fourth community infrastructure development project that we have implemented with the support of Ucom. It is extremely important for us that the work carried out has a lasting and lasting impact on the community, and the project carried out in Vanevan is a proof of that," said Sona Kalantaryan, director of Arevordi NGO.

"I thank the UCOM company and Arevordi NGO for implementing similar projects. Thank you for being by our side and doing similar good deeds in the settlements. I would like to inform the attendees that a 10 KW solar photovoltaic plant with an installed capacity of 10 KW was installed in the Vanevan settlement, the purpose of which is to reduce the electricity consumption of the community infrastructures belonging to the settlement, as a result of which funds will be saved and the saved funds will be used to solve other community problems. I sincerely hope that we will have similar occasions again," said Vardenis community leader Aharon Khachatryan.

It should be noted that within the framework of the same project, solar plants were installed in the villages of Goghtanik, Aghavnadzor and Rind.
