Just as the one-day snow revealed the incompetence of the Yerevan authorities and the ability to squander the budget (the snow was mostly cleared naturally: it melted or the cars were cleaned from time to time), so the rain that fell in the capital showed how poorly the CPCs manage and how taxpayers' money is wasted. :

It was 89.9 percent of what was planned. In the accounting of the Yerevan Municipality, it is said that these funds were directed to the works of construction of storm drain systems. Addresses are mentioned, but the flood has made the streets impassable at those addresses. In fact, everything is in order with the papers in the municipality, but the streets and underpasses of Yerevan are flooded with water.
