CP MP Gagik Melkonyan claims that the Russians handed over the Goris-Kapan highway.

"The Russians gave it. The Russian army was holding that area with the Azerbaijani army, closed it one day and handed it over to the Azerbaijanis," he said in a conversation with journalists.

According to him, the Russians also handed over the Lachin corridor.

"Go and ask the commander of the Russian troops," he said.

The member of the CP assured that their government did not hand over anything.

"We have not surrendered anything, keep your heads in place, you surrendered Artsakh, your leadership," he told reporters.
